GREEN CARNATION: Boise Show Cancelled

March 7, 2006

Due to unforeseen circumstances with the local promoter, the GREEN CARNATION / BEYOND THE EMBRACE show scheduled for tonight (Tuesday, March 7) in Boise, Idaho has been cancelled. "Both GREEN CARNATION and BEYOND THE EMBRACE have done everything they can to make the show happen, but to no avail," reads the groups' official statement. "We again apologize to the fans that were planning on seeing the show tonight, and we hope we can return shortly in the future to make up for it."

In other news, GREEN CARNATION's "lost" acoustic guitars have finally arrived in New York, and the group are working on meeting up with them soon. "The band would like to thank the crowds for understanding their problems, and are very happy that the shows on the first part of the tour has been received greatly by people attending, making the lack of acoustic guitars less important than it could have been," the group write on their web site.

GREEN CARNATION are currently touring in support of their latest album, "Acoustic Verses", which was released in January via The End Records. Check out the tour manager's tour diary at this location.
